Beta Terms

1. Beta Program

Go Deal Pro is currently operating in open beta ("Beta Program"). During this period, the Platform is available for general use but is still under active development. Features, functionality, pricing, and availability may change at any time as we refine the product based on user feedback and business needs.

By using the Platform during the Beta Program, you acknowledge and accept that the service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features, and that your experience may differ from the final production release.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BETA SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GoDealPro does not warrant that the Beta Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content or data will be secure or not otherwise lost or damaged. You use the Beta Services at your own risk.

3. Beta Pricing

All pricing displayed during the Beta Program reflects beta rates, which may differ from pricing at general availability. GoDealPro reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

Before any pricing changes take effect, GoDealPro will provide existing users with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via email. Active subscriptions will be honored through the end of their current billing period at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

Beta pricing does not constitute a guarantee of future pricing, and no price-matching or price-protection rights are created by participating in the Beta Program.

4. Feedback and Intellectual Property

We welcome and encourage your feedback, suggestions, bug reports, and ideas ("Feedback"). By submitting Feedback through any channel — including the in-app chat assistant, email, or any other communication — you grant GoDealPro a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise incorporate the Feedback into the Platform or any other product or service without obligation or compensation to you.

You represent that you have the right to submit any Feedback you provide and that such Feedback does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Data Handling

Data entered during the Beta Program — including listings, offers, messages, and account information — will be preserved and carried forward into general availability. GoDealPro intends to maintain continuity of your data across the transition from beta to production.

However, GoDealPro reserves the right to modify data schemas, structures, or storage systems as needed during the beta period. In the event that any such change requires data migration or could affect your stored content, GoDealPro will provide reasonable advance notice.

6. Right to Modify or Discontinue

GoDealPro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, functionality, or aspect of the Beta Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

This includes the right to add, change, or remove features; alter service limits or quotas; and modify the terms of the Beta Program itself. Where practicable, GoDealPro will provide advance notice of material changes.

7. Relationship to Terms of Service

These Beta Terms supplement and are in addition to the Go Deal Pro Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which remain in full force and effect during the Beta Program. In the event of any conflict between these Beta Terms and the Terms of Service, these Beta Terms shall take precedence during the beta period.

Upon transition to general availability, these Beta Terms will cease to apply, and the standard Terms of Service will govern your continued use of the Platform. GoDealPro will notify all beta participants of this transition via email.
