GoDealPro LLC ("Go Deal Pro," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at godealpro.com, including any mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Platform.
This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Platform.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, use features of the Platform, or contact us, you may provide the following types of information:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, password, profile photo, and account preferences.
- Listing Information: Property addresses, descriptions, pricing, photographs, property type, condition details, and other information you include in property listings.
- Transaction Information: Offer amounts, terms, counteroffers, and communications related to offers and transactions between users.
- Financial Documents: Proof of funds, lender pre-approvals, contracts, and other documents you upload to support offers or listings.
- Messages: Content of messages sent through the Platform's in-app messaging system.
- Buy Box Criteria: Saved search preferences including location, price range, property type, and investment criteria.
- Payment Information: Billing information processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment card details on our servers.
- Dispute Documentation: Explanations, deeds, contracts, and supporting evidence submitted during listing dispute processes.
- Support Communications: Information you provide when contacting our support team.
- Verification Data: Phone numbers and verification codes submitted during phone verification. Verification records are retained for security and audit purposes.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Platform, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URL, actions taken on the Platform, and other browsing behavior.
- Location Data: Approximate geographic location based on your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location without your explicit consent.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: Session cookies, persistent cookies, and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 6 below.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party services that you use in connection with the Platform, including authentication providers, payment processors (payment confirmation and subscription status), and any social login providers you use to create your account.
1.4 SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance
Go Deal Pro sends SMS notifications only to users who have provided prior express written consent at the time of opt-in. By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Go Deal Pro at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your subscription tier and marketplace activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the Platform or receive email and in-app notifications.

1.5 AI-Assisted Support Communications
When you interact with our AI-powered support assistant, your conversation transcripts are logged and retained for quality improvement, safety monitoring, and abuse prevention purposes. These transcripts are treated as personal information under this Privacy Policy and are not used to train third-party AI models without your consent.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Platform Operations: To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform, including processing listings, facilitating offers, enabling messaging, and managing subscriptions.
- Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, process payments, and manage your subscription.
- Notifications: To send you in-app notifications, email alerts, and SMS messages (for eligible subscription tiers) about new listings matching your Buy Box, offers received, messages, and account activity. Buy Box criteria are used solely to match you with relevant property listings and generate notifications. Buy Box preferences are never shared with wholesalers, other users, or third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
- Analytics: To provide listing analytics (views, saves, offers) to listing owners and to analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the Platform. Listing owners on eligible subscription tiers may be able to see which registered users have viewed their listings, including your display name and profile photo.
- Safety and Integrity: To detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, resolve disputes (including duplicate listing disputes), and protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
- Verification: To review applications for Verified and Trusted badges, including verifying your identity and evaluating your account history and marketplace conduct.
- Communications: To respond to your inquiries, send service-related announcements, and communicate important updates about the Platform or these policies.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
3.1 With Other Users
When you list a property, submit an offer, or send a message, certain information (such as your display name, profile photo, listing details, and offer terms) is shared with other users as necessary to facilitate marketplace interactions. Sellers may choose to hide their property's exact address for privacy.
When you view a listing while logged in, your viewing activity (including your display name and profile photo) may be visible to the listing owner if they subscribe to an eligible premium plan. Viewing activity is not shared with any other users or third parties.
3.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Cloud infrastructure providers: Authentication, database, storage, and hosting services.
- Payment processors: Payment processing and subscription management.
- Email delivery services: Email notification delivery.
- SMS providers: SMS notification delivery for eligible subscription tiers.
- AI and machine learning providers: When you interact with AI-powered features on the Platform (such as the Kash assistant or conversational search), your messages and queries are processed by third-party AI service providers to generate responses. These providers process your inputs solely to provide the AI functionality and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own training or other purposes. AI conversation transcripts are logged as described in Section 1.5.
These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
3.3 For Legal Reasons
We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms of Service; (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Go Deal Pro, our users, or the public.
3.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
3.5 With Your Consent
We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within ninety (90) days, except where we are required to retain it for:
- Legal compliance (such as tax, accounting, or audit obligations).
- Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.
- Preventing fraud and abuse.
- Maintaining aggregate, anonymized analytics data (which cannot be used to identify you).
Messages, offer history, and listing data shared with other users may persist in those users' accounts even after your account is deleted, as those records form part of the other users' transaction history.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL and encryption of sensitive data at rest.
- Secure authentication with password hashing and session management.
- Access controls limiting employee and contractor access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
- Payment card information handled exclusively by our PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store full payment card details on our servers.
- Regular review of our data collection, storage, and processing practices.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform. The types of cookies we use include:
- Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function properly, including authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled.
- Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences, such as display settings and search filters, to provide a personalized experience.
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Platform so we can improve functionality and performance. These cookies collect anonymized, aggregate data.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features of the Platform.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights for all users regardless of location:
7.1 Access and Portability
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you in a commonly used, machine-readable format. You can access most of your information directly through your account settings.
7.2 Correction
You may update or correct your account information at any time through your account settings. If you need assistance correcting information that cannot be updated directly, contact us.
7.3 Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information. We will process your request within thirty (30) days, subject to the retention exceptions described in Section 4.
7.4 Opt-Out of Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email. You may manage notification preferences (email, SMS, in-app) through your account settings. Transactional communications (account security, billing, and critical service updates) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
7.5 Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. We currently do not respond to DNT signals, as there is no industry-standard method for handling them. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal for users in California, Colorado, and other jurisdictions where GPC recognition is required by applicable law.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"):
- Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share your information.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We only use sensitive personal information (such as financial documents) for the purposes of providing our services to you.
Categories of Personal Information Collected
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA:

- Commercial information (transaction records, subscription history, listing activity).
- Internet or electronic network activity (browsing history, search queries, interactions with the Platform).
- Geolocation data (approximate location based on IP address).
- Professional or employment-related information (if voluntarily provided in your profile or listings).

9. Other State Privacy Laws
Residents of Washington (WPA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MCDPA), and other states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@godealpro.com. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal. Instructions for the appeal process will be provided with our response.
10. International Users
The Platform is operated from the United States and is intended primarily for users in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that requires a lawful basis for processing personal data, our legal bases include: (a) your consent; (b) performance of a contract (providing our services to you); (c) our legitimate business interests (such as fraud prevention and Platform improvement); and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
11. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. 13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors.
