User Data Deletion

GoDealPro LLC ("Go Deal Pro") respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data, including any data we received through third-party logins such as Facebook or Google.

What we delete

When you request deletion, we permanently remove or anonymize the following from our active systems:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number, photo)
• Login credentials and any third-party login linkages (Facebook, Google)
• Listings you created (subject to retention exceptions below)
• Buy Box criteria and saved searches
• Saved listings and favorites
• Notification and contact preferences
• SMS verification records and consent history
• Analytics and engagement data tied to your account

How to request deletion

You have two options to initiate a data deletion request:

1. Email us directly. Send a request to hello@godealpro.com with the subject line "User Data Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
2. Delete your account from Settings. If you are signed in, navigate to Dashboard → Settings and use the account deletion option (where available) to start the process directly.

Processing timeline

We will acknowledge your request within five business days and complete deletion or anonymization of your personal information within ninety (90) days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.

What we may retain

Certain records may be retained in anonymized or limited form for legitimate business and legal purposes, including:

• Records of completed transactions and offers, which form part of other users' account history and dispute records
• Audit logs of moderation actions, fraud reports, and account-suspension records
• Aggregated and anonymized analytics that no longer identify you personally
• Information required to comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and law-enforcement requests

Data received via Facebook Login

If you signed in to Go Deal Pro using Facebook, the data we received from Facebook (name, email, profile photo) is treated identically to other personal information and will be deleted using the process above. To revoke the Go Deal Pro app's access to your Facebook account separately, visit Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
